- CJC-1295 (no DAC)Research use onlyBoth GHRH analogues. CJC-1295 without DAC is a modified GRF(1-29); sermorelin is the unmodified sequence, and is the one with an approved-drug history.
- TesamorelinFDA approvedBoth GHRH analogues. Tesamorelin is the one with an approved human indication, which is the practical difference between them.

Biphasic clearance in humans: distribution (alpha) half-life 1.9 +/- 0.2 min, elimination (beta) half-life 10.4 +/- 0.2 min, commonly summarised as 10-20 min. Rapidly degraded by DPP-IV at the Ala2-Asp3 bond. Refined from 0.2 h to 0.17 h to match the published beta phase. Note GH stays elevated ~3 h after dosing, so the effect outlasts the peptide.

VialPal does the arithmetic — it does not tell you what to take. Dose decisions belong between you and a qualified clinician.
