Routes
Subcutaneous

A 2 mg vial, worked through.

Reconstituting a 2 mg vial of Hexarelin with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water gives 1 mg/mL. A 100 mcg dose is then:

10units(0.1 mL) — about 20 doses per vial

Storage

Lyophilised (unmixed)
Refrigerated; keep dry and protected from light.
Reconstituted
Refrigerate at 2-8C. Commonly cited as usable for ~30 days.

  1. Imbimbo et al., Eur J Clin Pharmacol 1994 — PMID 7957536

Double-blind rising-dose study, 12 adult male volunteers, IV boluses of 0.5-2 mcg/kg. Reports that plasma GROWTH HORMONE peaked at about 30 min and returned to baseline within 240 min "with a half-life of about 55 min". That 55 min describes the GH response curve, NOT the elimination of hexarelin, so it cannot be used as this peptide half-life. Establishes the GH response only.

VialPal does the arithmetic — it does not tell you what to take. Dose decisions belong between you and a qualified clinician.
